Stroke quality measures

If you are brought to the hospital with a stroke, you should receive clot-dissolving drugs unless you have a contraindication. Before leaving the hospital, you should receive a statin medication to help prevent another stroke. We track many additional quality measures for stroke and all Legacy hospitals have been recognized by the American Stroke Association for excellence in meeting these standards.
