This conference will present latest information on caring for children and adolescents with chronic diseases. This event focuses on the role of behavioral health clinicians in caring for these children and building collaborations between specialty services, pediatric medical homes, and communitybased behavioral health clinicians.

Expanding the range of services available in schools allows health systems to address acute problems quickly. One way we can do this is offer conferences with the newest updates to school nurses.  We appreciate that you are the eyes and ears for the children in our community.  We want to empower you to by offering nurses and caregivers the latest information on pediatric care.  This includes behavioral health and medically fragile children.
