Visiting Us 

Where to park:

Parking is available in the main parking lot in front of the hospital, on Fairview Street.

Where to check-in:

Enter at the main hospital entrance on Fairview Street. Check in at the Patient Registration desk just inside the hospital entrance.

What to bring:

Please remember to bring your insurance card, photo ID, and any paperwork that your physician provides to the appointment. If you are having an exam that requires a contrast, please bring a list of the medications you are currently taking.
