It seems to always be difficult to get on anyone's schedule at Legacy Cardiology. I am usually told that there are no openings for the period for which they have a schedule and that I will need to call them back when new schedules are out. This seems completely irrational to me. I am not typically seeking a specific day or time I just want to get on the schedule. Stop telling me to call back and either schedule me further out or CALL ME BACK when you are ready to schedule me under a new calendar. This is my only complaint about Legacy Cardiology. I have never encountered this scheduling difficulty anywhere else in my life. Again I'm not asking for something soon or expedited or unusual. My dentist schedules me 6 months out learn to do the same. If it has to be changed then we can change it but I spend inordinate amounts of time fooling around with their scheduling system.

Dr. Daly is a very busy cardiologist, but he at no time attempted to rush through my visit. He answered my rather lengthy list of questions with specific answers and options for treatment. His concerned manner and guidance was exactly what I needed to make a decision about having a specific procedure done. Dr. Daly is definitely a doctor I trust and respect.

I realize it was an just an annual check up but he didn't have much to say. I would have liked some kind of comment on my condition. Maybe some advice going forward.

I am very pleased with Dr. Daly and his staff. The one complaint I have is about scheduling the appointment. I have called as soon as I got an email to schedule the last two years and was not able to get an appointment in June. I live in two different states and therefore can not have my appointments getting pushed back. If they get pushed back I won't be here or there may not be time to get any follow up work done. You need to send the emails earlier when the schedule is open. This is why I fired my previous cardiologist.

Lady at the desk was snippy when I asked a question about pre registration.

Front desk receptionists were having an argument in front of me & another patient. MA was very professional and good at her tasks.
