About Me:

Dr. Jhooty received his medical degree from the SUNY Health Science Center in Syracuse, New York. He completed both his residency in Internal Medicine and his fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at SUNY in Buffalo, New York. Dr. Jhooty specializes in general cardiology with a particular interest in diagnostic imaging, congestive heart failure and pulmonary hypertension.

Took at least a month to talk to someone about making an appointment because the appointment calendar was not out yet for the next month. Should be something you could do in this day and age at least a year in advance.

As soon as I checked in I was called to Doctor's office for pre-checking by the assistant and then the doctor came in. I really appreciate the way I was treated. So keep up

My visit was spectacular as always. Dr Jhooty & his staff are very efficient, knowledgeable & professional. I love my compliments & the kindness shown. Plenty of happy smiles too!

Great Visit! They called me to schedule because I had put it off for a year. Very very nice about it. I waited in exam room for longer than 15 minutes because Dr. Jhooty does not rush his patients!!! I didn't want to be rushed when it was my turn. He didn't rush me! Answered all questions. Friendly knowledgeable agreeable. Made a plan. Following through.

Just want to point out that the reason my wait time was longer than 15 minutes was because the office was behind schedule due to an earlier fire drill.

Dr. Jhooty is a great listener; easy to talk to; his observations and explanations are easy to follow. He's never aloof, and he makes sure my concerns are addressed before he moves on to his next patient.

Dr. Jhooty Is my cardiologist. I no longer have a pcp as my former doctor moved out of state. I am still waiting for the Legacy clinic to recommend a new pcp.

He was quick to answer questions understandable answers exchanged meds with explanation for doing so. Made list of tests he wants me to have and discussed what they are for. Very good appointment.

Dr. did not have my records (EKG) from primary care doctor. Dr. ordered additional tests, haven't heard from scheduling for almost 2 weeks. So I called them and they still hadn't processed pre-auth.

Doctor put in chart that I have hypertension, yet bp results do not indicate that.

Unfortunately all of the hospital staff go to this provider, Dr. Jhooty. He is booked 4 months out.
