We are pleased to announce that Legacy will remain in the Cigna network. Cigna members can continue to access Legacy for their care. Legacy and Cigna reached an agreement on a new contract on June 27, 2025. 
 
The new contract means there is no change in your access to Legacy hospitals, clinics and providers as well as Legacy-GoHealth Urgent Care centers. You can continue to receive high-quality care from Legacy without any disruption or change. 
 
We apologize for any stress or anxiety that these contract negotiations may have caused you. We know how important it is for you to have continued access to your trusted health care providers and we are pleased we can bring you peace of mind with this announcement.
