Make the most of your primary care visit
Arrive early
Come about 15 minutes early for your first appointment. This helps ensure you have plenty of time to check in and complete any paperwork needed.
Know your family history
Come prepared with knowledge about your family’s medical history. It will help your doctor.
Know your medications
Bring a list of your current medications, both prescription and over the counter, including herbal medications or natural supplements.
