About Me:

Dr. Echelberger is a board-certified internal medicine physician providing primary care at Legacy Medical Group–Northwest. She earned her medical degree from Southern Illinois University and completed her internship and residency at Wayne State University. Dr. Echelberger cares for adults 18 and older, with special clinical interests in geriatrics and women’s health. She is passionate about building long-term relationships with her patients and supporting their overall well-being. Outside of medicine, Dr. Echelberger enjoys traveling and photography. She is married and shares her home with beloved pets. Dr. Echelberger joined Legacy Medical Group–Northwest in 2025 and will begin accepting new patients in March 2026.

Strong personality but very caring and professional, approachable and listens well to concerns. Obviously Dr. Echelberger loves her job - she is very in tune to the patient issues and has great options for treatments of problems.

Obviously, very experienced. Good communication. Provides communication that recognizes my own level of expertise within the medical field, using the terms and vocabulary that my profession an experience our recognized. Involved very closely with my own decision-making and recognition. Honest and assertive.
