If you need psychiatric emergency services for children under the age of 18, the Children's Emergency Department at Randall Children's Hospital is open 24/7 to serve families in need. Patients with mental health concerns are evaluated by an emergency doctor to determine if hospital admission or other course of treatment is recommended.

The Unity Center, a collaboration of Legacy Health, Adventist, Kaiser Permanente and Oregon Health & Science University, provides services for people in a mental health crisis, offering an approach based on hope and recovery.
