Behavioral and mental health issues can be complex and troubling. It’s never too soon to consider seeking treatment for mental health.
If you need psychiatric emergency services for children under the age of 18, the Children's Emergency Department at Randall Children's Hospital is open 24/7 to serve families in need. Patients with mental health concerns are evaluated by an emergency doctor to determine if hospital admission or other course of treatment is recommended.

Unity Center for Behavioral Health
Minors must be seen by a pediatric provider before going to Unity.

The Unity Center, a collaboration of Legacy Health, Adventist, Kaiser Permanente and Oregon Health & Science University, provides services for people in a mental health crisis, offering an approach based on hope and recovery. Unity has an inpatient facility with services for both adults and adolescents.
