Emergency Services for Children and Teens

If you need psychiatric emergency services for children under the age of 18, the Children's Emergency Department at Randall Children's Hospital at Legacy Emanuel is open 24/7 to serve families in need. Patients with mental health concerns are evaluated by an emergency doctor to determine if hospital admission or other course of treatment is recommended.

Unity Center for Behavioral Health

Unity Center, a collaboration of Legacy Health, Adventist, Kaiser Permanente and Oregon Health & Science University, provides services for people in a mental health crisis, offering an approach based on hope and recovery. Unity has an inpatient facility with services for both adults and adolescents.
