Where to park:
Parking is available in the mail hospital parking lot. You are welcome to park in any available space that is not marked "Reserved."
Where to check-in:
Please check in at the Breast Health and Outpatient Imaging Center on the first floor of Building 3 on the Legacy Mount Hood campus.
What to bring:
Please bring your insurance card, photo ID and any paperwork that your doctor provides to the appointment.
If you are having an exam that requires a contrast, please bring a list of the medications you are currently taking.
About
Legacy offers 3-D mammograms to all patients because they can reveal more, so cancers are found earlier and more often. Our 3-D technology can find more suspicious tissue without more radiation.
Medicare patients, please note: Some of our clinics are considered "hospital-based" because they share the same licensure with a Legacy hospital. The services or procedures you receive at Legacy's hospital-based clinics may include a facility charge in addition to a physician charge.
