Dr Neville is an exceptionally gifted person and medical doctor that has helped me through my health issues.

Dr Neville is my fav. He's got a great bedside manner and he explains this as he's doing them and in a way I understand.

I wish Dr. Neville could be my primary care provider. I've never had a doctor who listens so intently or is so empathetic. He's the best doctor I've had in my 58 years. Try to clone him, please!!

This was my "new patient" consult with Legacy. Dr. Neville had read my records from other clinics in the area and came in knowing what was going on, how my treatment was going and wanted to know more from me. He made me feel "heard"! This has been a long year of surgeries and tests and diagnoses and it's been a lot. But he finally listened to me and didn't make me feel like another number. I have already referred him to someone. He knew my disorder and I'm looking forward to my treatments and follow ups with him. And his front staff is amazing! Gabby in particular, super sweet and easy to work with.

Dr Neville and staff are superb. The registration process stinks. A person should be able to register for the next visit on the way out the door versus take an accumulated 10 hours to play the games Legacy is playing. There is no excuse and Legacy needs to solve the issue. I am sick of hearing Legacy is under staffed and people are over worked. If so, Legacy needs to solve their own problems.

Test requested only a few days ago so yet to receive response or schedule

This provider I felt actually cared and wanted to help me. I was a former patient of Andrew Rose-Innes. I will say when I called to schedule at Rose-Innes office the scheduler was very rude to me. I'd place that individual on a Performance improvement plan if I was HR for Legacy. Your employees need to be caring and kind to your patients. I will say that everyone in Salmon Creek office was exceptional. Dr. Neville and Lindsey Marjama-Taft, FNP are fabulous and actually want to help me I feel, which is greatly appreciated given I have a rare condition and Providence declined to see me. I'm very grateful.

I would totally recommend Dr Neville but I don't want to share him!

My first appointment was cancelled by the office while I was driving to my appointment. My second appointment was canelled by the office while I was standing outside their office door. I was told I would be called back right away so they could reschedule. I waited appropriately two months without a call so I had to call to get rescheduled. Patients have to pay if they cancel an appointment at the last minute. I think offices should have to pay for patients time and fuel when canceled at the last minute. During my appointment I was told I was being referred for two medical procedures that would take about two weeks to get pre-approved by insurance. It has now been two months and the approval requests have not even been submitted to insurance. I contacted this office several weeks ago and they told me it was because their approval request team was behind on work but would let me know when it was complete. Still no word and no approval requests while I wait and suffer.

They took me earlier than my appointment. The ma was as awesome as the Dr. Polite, understanding,listened, explained, didn't feel rushed they both stayed for as long as it took to get the answers to my questions.

Dr, Neville is an extremely good communicator, including listening and explaining. Also compassionate and respectful. He is a great role model for doctors. Thank you

Bruce has Parkinson's Disease and Dr. Neville is his neurologist. Dr. Neville is one of the best doctors of any kind that we have ever dealt with. His understanding and compassion is equal to his medical knowledge--plus, plus, plus. We are very concerned that we may no longer be able to see him if Legacy and Regence do not come to an agreement. For a progressive disease like Parkinson's, continuity of care is everything. I wish I could say the same about the Salmon Creek ER--not so helpful.
