Rapid tests for employees and symptomatic household members are available at the following times and locations. Please make sure to bring your employee badge with you. Employee must accompany household members. See the guidance tool above for more information on how to handle exposure and infection, and additional testing options for employees.

CDC Adult Immunization Program
Legacy Employee Health maintains specialized expertise in current recommendations for adult and health care worker immunizations and provides over 20,000 shots each year. All current Legacy Health employees are eligible for free adult immunizations and may bring in their Legacy-insured dependents ages 14 and older for free immunizations.

- Communicable Diseases: Training, PPE selection, post-exposure

All Legacy Health personnel are eligible for basic wellness services at no cost.These include: nicotine replacement, first aid, vitals, weight, BMI, body fat percentage, health education resources, medication cards, feminine hygiene supplies, lactation rooms, over-the-counter medications and flu shots.
