Evidence-based resources available: Clinical Collaboration Guidelines

As Dr. Chaffin mentioned, LHP’s clinical collaboration guidelines are one of many resources available to you as a member of the LHP network. These clinical guidelines help providers with evidence-based medicine to deliver the right service to the right patient at the right time. The subject matter experts who helped compile these guides have recently reviewed and made updates so they remain clinically relevant. There are a range of guidelines available to help you deliver the best possible care to your patients.
