Legacy Connect closed to new practices

Beginning in 2019, Legacy Health is no longer offering Epic to new practices through the Legacy Connect Program (known as LEAP). This decision was made after careful consideration of how Legacy can continue to operate a world-class electronic health record (EHR) for itself and its existing partners, including the ability to provide reliable, conscientious EHR support and an inclusive governance structure that allows for consideration of the needs of the existing Connect partners. Practices already on Legacy’s Epic system will remain part of the Legacy Connect program. 

We appreciate the interest that Legacy Health Partners members have expressed in the Legacy Connect program. We will continue to find new ways to offer support and bring value to LHP member practices.
