Welcome to better health
Welcome to Randall Children’s Pediatric Clinic at Legacy Emanuel, your first step to better health for your child. Our clinics are certified patient-centered medical homes. A medical home is a place where your child and family are at the center of exceptional care provided by a team made your primary care provider, nurses, medical assistants, social workers, counselors and office staff - all focused on the health care needs of your child and family.
Being in a patient-centered medical home means that your care team will ask you about both your child’s and family’s health history, other doctor visits or trips to the emergency room. We will listen to your concerns. We will also share with you any results or knowledge we gather, so we can work together to provide the best care for your child. We are here to care for your child when they are sick, but more importantly, we want to work with you and your family to keep you all well.
We believe in caring for all children regardless of a family’s insurance status or ability to pay. If your child does not have insurance, our social worker can assist you in working through the paperwork to enroll your child, if possible. Otherwise, our clinic will assist you by connecting you to our billing department to come up with a plan that works for your family.
