Legacy Health reaches tentative agreement with advanced practice providers

Legacy Health has reached a tentative agreement on a contract with its adult specialty advanced practice providers (APPs), who are represented by the Oregon Nurses Association. APPs are expected to return to work on the week of Dec. 29., pending ratification of the agreement, which is anticipated to occur over the next few days.
The tentative agreement follows more than 30 bargaining and mediation sessions over approximately 20 months. Legacy has remained committed throughout the process to reaching a mutually agreeable contract that supports APPs while maintaining the long-term financial sustainability of the organization. The agreement is materially consistent with the offer presented on Nov. 20, prior to the strike being announced.
