Community Health Grants

Community Health Grants support our vision to be essential to the health of the region, and our mission of “good health for our people, our communities, our world.” Legacy Health remains committed to our mission and fulfills its commitment to the community through its investments and partnerships in Oregon and SW Washington.

Purpose of Community Health Grants

The purpose of grant funding is to support nonprofit organizations whose work aligns with our Community Health Need Assessments (CHNAs) and Community Health Improvement Plans (CHIPs).
