Update: Legacy Health’s Response to APP Strike

We are disappointed to report that our adult specialty advanced practice providers (APPs), represented by the Oregon Nurses Association, did not vote to ratify the tentative agreement reached by the bargaining teams. While this is not the outcome we had hoped for, we respect the voting process and the voices of union members.
Our APPs will remain on strike until an agreement is made. We are committed to continuing constructive dialogue with union leadership and we are returning to the bargaining table Dec. 30 for another bargaining session. We believe that we can reach an agreement.
