Legacy Health adult specialty advanced practice providers ratify labor contract

After more than 30 bargaining and mediation sessions over 20 months, we are pleased to share that the Legacy adult specialty advanced practice providers (APPs) have voted to ratify a labor contract through representation with the Oregon Nurses Association.
The contract supports market-competitive wages for our APPs while maintaining the long-term financial sustainability of our organization.
