Dr. Agrawal explained and demonstrated with a model of a heart why the procedure they are recommending would have a good effect in a manner I finally understood after month's of misgiving about what had been proposed. I rate him as among the best and most effective communicator I have ever encountered in a clinic or hospital.

Dr Cheng is capable, professional and compassionate in his practice. I feel fortunate to have him as my EP doctor.

Dr Simpson is incredible! I feel so fortunate to have him manage my cardiac care.

The exam itself was excellent but they were somewhat vague about helping set up necessary following diagnositc tests. It was unclear whether they or I was responsible and exactly where to go for the procedures and how to advocate for a timely response.

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful and I trust Dr. Jhooty. He eased my worst fears and was very thorough.

Dr. Simpson is a very empathetic listener, he answers all my questions and never makes me feel rushed.

I found Dr Jahooty thru a recommendation from my Cardio rehab staff at Legacy Emanuel . I was unhappy with my cardiologist at OHSU. Dr Jahooty has always demonstrated detailed knowledge of my records/condition, a good communicator, with clear instructions, a clear focus on my needs, and a friendly engaging individual. I will continue to trust him with my care. And would recommend him.

The receptionist and the nurse were fantastic! They remembered me from previous visits and made me feel valued. (Note: I am hearing-impaired and I some times forget stuff. They also had great senses of humor. I like that.

This appointment was precipitated by the dr. Based on erroneous information provided by divise provider. Divise information was found to be an Erroneous anomaly. Even with that, I felt I was hounded to make an appointment but had to wait weeks, then change location to finally find all was working perfect.with todays technology it is beyond me why this could not have been resolved with a phone or video conference. As a retired senior it is a major financial issue I see as unnecessary. Additionally, I do not any longer use My ahealth for any communication, billing or appointments as I have found you app problematic, and user unfriendly!

Teela was a very welcome breath of fresh air in taking me through the prep for my visit with the doctor.

Dr. Cheng is brilliant! As an electrophysiologist, he fixed my conduction problem 15 months ago and I have never felt better! My A . Fib. Was paroxysmal, but my quality of life when it happened was devastating. He gave me my life back and I am forever grateful!! He is also very kind and cares about his patients. He is a wonderful person and I would recommend him to everyone in a heartbeat!

Thnx for this survey. I hav been denied a hernia surgery I need. Dr. Tom Knowles wants my heart valve replaced bfo this surgery. This TAVR surgery cud disable me partially or permanently. I don't no how or hu it wud help to do the hernia surgery I m disabled. The TAVR cud also result in a heart murmur wich he says I now have. Damned twice if I do the TAVR surgery. I m totally unagreeable to this. I wish someone wud xplain y our surgical profeshn has bcum this callous n/"cruel". Warm regards. Noor

Great Cardiologist!

Seemed to take an unusually long time (several months) to get an appointment with Dr, Simpson when Dr, Reddy left.

Dr Simpson is a rock star! Absolutely amazing. He was extremely patient and answered all of my questions, backed up by data and evidence based research. He put all my concerns at ease and outlined a solid plan moving forward to prevent another medical event. I wish the approval scale went above 10, because 10 just isn't high enough of a rating for Dr Simpson.

Took at least a month to talk to someone about making an appointment because the appointment calendar was not out yet for the next month. Should be something you could do in this day and age at least a year in advance.

Excellent nurse. Was a joy to meet her and she new what she was doing. Tisha is a great person to talk to.

I believe Dr. Cheng saved my life! I consider him one of the greatest hero's of my life.

Dr Desai and his PA Melissa were very relaxed, Informative, and unhurried during my exam and post exam discussion. I am a huge fan of the Emanuel/Legacy cardiac clinic and very happy to be in their care. I feel well listened to and get sufficient feedback to any questions.

Doctor Simpson asked relevant questions and answered any questions and concerns I had in a very respectful way and taught me about my health issue.

This was my first visit with Dr. Simpson. He and Elizabeth, his assistant, were both AMAZING in how well they communicated with me what was going on with my heart and how we were going to remedy the current problem,. Both of them made me completely at ease, and I left feeling fully informed and optimistic about my future. They are a rock star team for sure!!!!!

I had a good experience with visit. I didn't have to wait very long to go back into the exam room and to see the doctor. Dr. Chang is a wonderful heart doctor. He tells you everything that is going on with my heart and what he is going to do to make it better.

The nurse that checked me in(I don't remember her name but (she is new, about a month) was especially kind and proficient at her job. I enjoyed visiting with her.

Dr. Piezner is awesome. I had a great experience in his office and with his helper for the day Jennifer. She was pretty amazing too. All in all I had a great experience. The nurse that took me back to the room was very nice too.

Front office seemed understaffed but we're doing as well as they could.

My insurance from Blue Cross has been canceled by Legacy. Therefore, I would not consider this visit a good experience.

Long wait times on phone. When a msg is left on scheduling line it takes multiple messages to get a call back. Also, no one informed me of abnormal test result. Found out over 2 months later

I was told before seeing Dr. JHooty that they don't read our medical records. That was clear when talking with him. He questioned that I had a stroke, let alone 2, and wanted to know why I thought I had a hole in my heart. He also wanted to know what tests were done to diagnose the hole. Another of Legacy's Cardiac specialists Dr. Gupta and the office she's in has been going around telling people there is nothing wrong with my heart. That office wouldn't even schedule an appointment even though my PCP and a doctor at Meridian Park referred me to her office because of the strokes and hole in my heart! They never responded, so a third doctor from Meridian Park referred me to Dr. JHooty. I was so frustrated with him treating me like a hypochondriac, I yelled at him why everyone that performed all the tests found the strokes and hole, but the Cardiac specialists think nothing is wrong? I told him people are going slandering me, like some police, and the doctors listen to it. I was denied medical care in 2022 because of it and had a stroke 3 weeks later. I saw the Cardiologist rush into the Emergency Dept while I was in the waiting room. My PCP was concerned about possible heart attack warning symptoms. They left me sitting there many, many hours then the doctor told me no room for me, nothing wrong with my heart. She looked at me with disgust when I told her where the pains were. Turns out that's the area where the stroke was. Had she listened to me instead of those trashing me, they may have prevented that stroke! So when Dr. JHooty started questioning me, I had enough. He would've known the Meridian Park Emergency and Intensive Care staff diagnosed not only one stroke, but two I've had and informed me about the hole in my heart had just read my records or at least related test results. Perhaps they just aren't given enough time with patient care to do so!

This applies throughout the entire Legacy Medical Group. I wish the lead time for getting an appointment were shorter. Having a scheduling personTell me to check back In April when the new schedules are out Is not very helpful.

Great Visit! They called me to schedule because I had put it off for a year. Very very nice about it. I waited in exam room for longer than 15 minutes because Dr. Jhooty does not rush his patients!!! I didn't want to be rushed when it was my turn. He didn't rush me! Answered all questions. Friendly knowledgeable agreeable. Made a plan. Following through.

Dr Jhooty was great. His nurse Elizabeth was extremely competent and helpful.

I have a life threatening medical problem that needs regular attention and Dr. Desai has provided the help that I really needed otherwise it would have taken my life. He replaced my aortic heart valve that needed immediate replacement and he provided that need and the follow up care necessary for me. He is now helping me with my blood pressure that has cropped up. He is a very kind and compassionate man that shows through in the medical care he provides. I am so glad to him and his staff on my side!

The nurse or assistant was in a huge hurry to do the ekg. She was very fast, non communicative, ripped off the stickers causing pain with one which I made a point that she know. It was very unpleasant.

I had to wait for nearly an hour to see the physician. The physician was very knowledgeable and informed. All I questions were answered competently.

Dr Simpson is wonderful! I'm so happy he's my cardiologist. I also found the ER staff to be superb and ditto for the followup hospital staff. Well done!

Dr Reddy is one of the best heart failure cardiologist on the West coast and he is leaving. I hope that you are figuring out a way to retain his services. He is a rare find and I'm sure any other institution would hire him immediately. You need to keep him.

Dr Reddy is simply the BEST!

Dr. Reddy ordered an "emergency stress echo cardiogram" to determine if I am in imminent danger of a heart attack. It was left up to me to schedule this service, which was many weeks out because Legacy apparently has no ability to do priority cardiac diagnostic tests. Through much effort I was able to book an appointment for the next week at OHSU and spent several hours on the phone with the Legacy office trying to get them to send the order over. They failed to correctly send over the order in a timely fashion and my appointment was canceled. I am now looking at a 3-4 week wait to determine if I am about to have an imminent heart attack.

Dr Reddy is very kind and made it comfortable for me to talk to him. I trust him and regret that he has to leave me in someone else's hands but I do understand why. This appt was scheduled so that we could discuss the findings of the test but the tests that were needed hadn't been scheduled so I have to return to have tests done at Good Samaritan on the 14th.

Dr. Jahooty is a down to earth, honest doctor who listens and provides his honest opinions when asked
