About
Legacy Chronic Wound and Outpatient Burn Clinic offers comprehensive care to patients with chronic, complex and non-healing wounds. We use a multidisciplinary approach to provide the most advanced healing options in a single location. Our team includes board certified physicians specializing in wound care, a nurse practitioner, occupational therapists, certified wound nurses, and a dietitian.
Please note that this clinic cannot accept walk-in patients. If you have a wound that won't heal, ask your physician about a referral.

Medicare patients, please note: Some of our clinics are considered "hospital-based" because they share the same licensure with a Legacy hospital. The services or procedures you receive at Legacy's hospital-based clinics may include a facility charge in addition to a physician charge.
