Nurse Transition Programs

Nurse Transition Programs

Legacy is committed to the growth and development of our nursing workforce. That's why, in addition to our new Versant RN Residency Program, we have developed a set of Nurse Transition Programs that provide experienced nurses with greater opportunities to increase their skills and advance their careers.

This new approach  allows Legacy to select and invest in nurses whose values include teamwork and patient-focused care, and whose career goals mirror those of the organization.
