The consistent collection and monitoring of patient experience data can help practices identify developments and trends before they become a source of dissatisfaction that causes patients to seek care elsewhere. However, to effectively use patient experience surveys as a tool to support patient retention, practices need tools and processes to report, analyze and benchmark data.
Practices will contract directly with Press Ganey who will handle survey operations, deliver reports and manage file transfers. The service includes Press Ganey surveys, technical support and access to best practices and other educational material. English and Spanish survey options are available, with email and mail survey modes. Press Ganey provides a data platform with access to standard reports and ability to manipulate and analyze data.
