LHP dashboards available
Last week we announced the release of a new Legacy Health Partners (LHP) dashboard to help providers and administrators monitor Clinical Integration (CI) program performance and identify opportunities for improvement. The dashboard is available through a web-based, Microsoft platform called PowerBI and does not require users to log into Epic. It is part of a more comprehensive Legacy Health Partners (LHP) Reporting Suite that gives network providers and administrators access to reports and other resources and tools. These include the CI program dashboard, LHP member attribution report, LHP cost and use dashboard, and 2018 LHP CI program final measure performance.
Tip sheets are available on the LHP team site for providers and administrators with instructions on how to access these new tools. Please contact your field operations adviser (FOA) if you have any difficulty accessing these tools. Your FOA is also available to assist you with training, analyzing your performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
