LHP Dashboard goes live Monday, March 7

The new clinical integration dashboard will go live on March 7 for full LHP member providers and dashboard administrators. Developed with significant provider input, the dashboard got a big thumbs-up from the LHP committees and board.

Your dashboard is where you will:
  • Monitor the network’s performance
  • Identify patients that need specific care gaps closed
  • Attest to measures that require attestation (education modules, EHR adoption, medical home status)
  • Find helpful tools and resources

It will take LHP a few months to have data flowing to all of the approved measures, but in the meantime, data is still being captured in the background and will display as soon as rigorous testing and validation of each measure is complete.

Full members and practice administrators should take their dashboard for a test drive. Log in to Epic Hyperspace and begin getting familiar with the information displayed. If you need help logging in, view these tip sheets: Locating Legacy Epic Hyperspace on your PC; Downloading Citrix Receiver. Once you are logged in, you’ll be able to see your dashboard and also access other tip sheets that will help you get the most out of the dashboard.

Practice administrators and providers need an AD log-in to access both Epic Hyperspace and the dashboard, as well as for logging into E+, Legacy’s online portal where the LHP education modules will be posted. LHP will send logins to practice administrators by Monday morning, March 7.  If your administrator doesn’t have a login for you, please contact Kristin Gilmer. If you are having password issues when you attempt to log in, please contact the Service Desk at 503-415-5888 and specify you need help with your LHP Dashboard login.
