The clinical integration education module is now available online through Legacy's E+ education portal. Members can also attend a presentation of the material at Legacy facilities (schedule). Complete it by June 30 to earn maximum points, see a demonstration of the new LHP dashboard and start benefiting from the information. Log in to E+ using the same login you use to access your dashboard. The New Member Orientation is now available too. This 14-minute video is a great educational overview for new members and a helpful review for anyone.
What does the LHP Dashboard Manager do?
If you are your practice’s designated LHP Dashboard Manager (previously called Scorecard Manager), here are some tips for helping your providers be successful in the clinically integrated network:
- Distribute important information from LHP to your practice providers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the LHP Member Relations Coordinator and your LHP Field Operations Adviser
- Communicate any provider/practice changes (e.g. providers who have joined or left the practice, changes in address, email, etc.) to either the Member Relations Coordinator or your Field Operations Adviser
- Attest to the quality measures in the dashboard on behalf of the practice and possibly on behalf of providers within the practice
- Read the LHP monthly newsletter and any "Hot Topics" to stay on top of important news and information
Getting to know you - Results from 2015 payor and access survey
Last year LHP members were asked to fill out a payor and access survey (one of the 2015 performance measures.) The information helps LHP better understand the current contracting environment, member preferences and provider business practices. A sampling of LHP members, representing 109 practices, answered the survey.
Current LHP practice contracts:
20% partial capitation
9% bundled payments
27% shared savings
LHP practices prefer to move toward:
70% preferred commercial shared savings
13% preferred commercial capitation
13% preferred Medicare Advantage
Access (business practices):
Majority of survey respondents reported having coverage after hours and weekends
Majority of survey respondents reported providing between 6 and 8 same-day appointments

Measure alignment – As LHP thinks about how we will approach performance measurement in the future, we are paying attention to conversations that are happening at the state and national level about measure alignment. Read about the Core Quality Measure Collaborative, a partnership between CMS, commercial health plans, provider groups and others in these two articles: Modern Health Care and CMS.
Cost containment – Intermountain Healthcare, a nonprofit health system plus health plan in Salt Lake City, has committed to cutting costs and holding yearly premium rate increases to one-third to one-half less than what many employers across the country typically face.
