Join us for a lively discussion about this important transition in life and learn what changes and symptoms to expect and how they may be different for every woman. Our panel of female physicians will discuss menopause symptoms and what you can do to manage hot flashes, sleeplessness, headaches, and more. They will also address the sexual changes menopause may bring and discuss ways to keep physical and emotional closeness. This class covers the pros and cons of using different types of hormones and will review ways to protect yourself from osteoporosis.  There will be time for Q & A with the physicians.
