About Me:

Dr. Subramanian earned his medical degree from University of California, San Diego in 2016 before going on to complete his internal medicine residency at University of California, San Francisco in 2019 and his cardiovascular disease fellowship at Kaiser Permanente Northern California in San Francisco, which he completed in 2023 after serving as Chief Fellow during his final year. He is also skilled in various forms of imaging, including cardiac computed tomography, which he is board-certified in. Dr. Subramanian was drawn to cardiology because of the wide variety of treatment options available to help his patients feel better and live longer lives. He believes being well-informed allows one to take charge of their own health and wellbeing, so one of his top priorities is helping his patients understand their medical issues to equip them to make decisions to improve their health. Outside of work, Dr. Subramanian enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with his wife and their dog, Jasper.
