About Me:

Prior to becoming a midwife, I worked for several years as a social worker, supporting individuals living with HIV, grieving families, refugees and immigrants, and people from many walks of life. I bring expertise in public health to this work and am passionate about meeting people where they are at, supporting individual goals for health and wellness. While it is a tremendous privilege to provide evidence-based, trauma-informed care to all of my patients, I am especially honored to care for LGBTQ+ families pursuing fertility and growing their families. I offer gender-affirming care in East County, assisting clients in exploring what authentic living looks and feels like for them. I especially enjoy providing holistic care for PCOS, with special focus on enhancing fertility for individuals hoping to conceive. I am a graduate of The George Washington University (MSN, BSN) and Virginia Commonwealth University (BS, MSW) and am proud to serve the Mt. Hood community!

The front desk staff is very attentive and friendly. The doctor was very concerned about my concerns and my emotional state during pregnancy. Interpreters are efficient and respectful.

Waiting close to 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen. & though my current situation was not intended for the visit. I got to the office at 11:15 I left at 1:30, did not think it was going to take that long. But my situation was not what I expected it to be so I understand. I felt between seeing people the wait time was longer then I expected. Nurse and staff kept Apologizing for the wait. It wasn't a huge deal. They were probably busy.

Only complaint was waiting an hour after scheduled appointment time for the provider to come in. They weren't sure if I'd left

Waited to long, I went to meet the med wive and I didn't all I got was a 10 min check up that my ob does?

I like the provider I saw. The miscommunication over the phone and getting labs and ultrasounds done through a different office is absolutely ridiculous. It's been a horrible experience this pregnancy with scheduling so far.
