He was quite vague about what my issue could be. I would most likely seek a different doctor in his field the next time. Also, parking at the downtown Legacy is a difficult during the day and parking spots are narrow.

  Apr 21, 2023
Doctor had reviewed my situation before he saw me and remembered seeing me before even though it had been over two years.

  Apr 18, 2023
Appreciate the time given to understand why I wanted to consult with someone. Very business like manner.

  Apr 18, 2023
Misrepresenting what I said, misrepresented previous medical issues that were resolved as being unresolved and contributing to my current symptoms when I told him otherwise, was not willing to discuss information I had about my symptoms that I got from a well known national medical institution and dismissed the results of a previous nerve conduction test done by another doctor without explanation, didn't list what I said were my most debilitating symptoms.

  Apr 13, 2023
My visit was 2 1/2 months late because the authorization was not taken care of.

  Apr 4, 2023
Doctor did not see the need for me to be sent to pain clinic on physical therapy; it seems that it is responsibility of my primary physician.

I've seen Dr. Rose-Innes several times over the last few years. He has always been professional, helpful and easy to talk to.

  Mar 24, 2023
Hes very quiet but once you get him talking a very nice man. I like that he's very serious about the tests he runs. He's one of my favorite doctors

  Mar 14, 2023
Dr was obviously busy-feel like he was annoyed by me if wanted to speak longer then he had time for A little condescending/cool-just feel like my condition was not serious enough to spend his time with-had more serious patients to see. I just needed to establish care with a new physician since my insurance had changed-needed to continue with my prescriptions We changed insurance effective January 1-2023 so needed to change doctors and organizations Not a positive experience

Dr. Rose-Innes is an excellent care provider in neurology. He listens well and treats me with respect. He was very thorough in seeking answers to my condition.

  Mar 9, 2023
Dr Rose-Innes is the best Neurologist I've ever met. Always asked how I was doing those weeks he hadn't seen me and has the best bedside manner ever. He always wished he could take my pain away, but since he couldnt, at least he always try to find to do something to lessen them. That's so nice of him telling his patient a positive thought. Iam so grateful finding him.

Dr did not know my medical history and read 2 years worth of notes during that appointment, kept interrupting me, made assumption that I was okay. No eye contact. Didn't seem like they cared. Asked the clerk to schedule next visit later, when he actually had an opening in [date removed] Just didn't seem concerned or willing to understand my symptoms

  Mar 3, 2023
Did not review any recent mri, did not listen to me when I told him where pain was and what area was effected. Did not read any of the other dr visit information. Did not prepare for visit he rescheduled three times!!!

Dr. Rose-Innes is a new neurologist to me. My last neurologist retired in 2022. Dr. Rose-Innes was familiar with my chart, meds, Hx. & problems. He was very personable, calm & clear.

  Feb 14, 2023
All good experiences - the wait time was not very long & no problem; Dr. Rose-Innes is worth any wait. He's kind, intelligent & an excellent neurologist - understands me & my health history. He's the only dr. I have who discovered that Id had a stroke yrs earlier- unbeknownst to me. He's treating my conditions with utmost care & concern and I respect him immensely.

  Jan 27, 2023
Dr. Rose-Innes is very knowledgeable and friendly. During our past visit he seemed very rushed and I had to interrupt him a few times to ask questions or provide information about recent health updates. I was frustrated because he seemed like he wanted to hurry up and get the appointment done instead of how he normally is- which is present in the moment, calm and focused on what we talk about. Overall he is a wonderful provider, I think this recent visit was not the norm.

  Jan 24, 2023
For some reason, my primary physician's message about a dosage decrease did not reach Dr. Rose Innes. He said the reduction was too much at one time. (I had a seizure.) He is looking into it.

  Dec 8, 2022
The best neurologist I've ever met. He always think and speak out his thoughts and Ideas of different therapies, if one won't work. Only wants the best for his patient... If possible, NO or LESS pain. Highly recommended for his bedside manner. Thank you .

Competent., polite. I trust he knows his stuff. But the whole time it was as if I was in a clinical trial. I felt addressed as a lab subject and not as a human who has a real concern. My questions and concerns not answered as comprehensively as I needed. Very cut and dry. What could be learned from an MRI and seeing an OPtemologist? Whatare the variables? Didn't talk with me. Just at me. Clinical laboratory style.

  Dec 5, 2022
I had my notes and questions written down to make sure that everything was answered. Although he was very structured in his approach to diagnose my my problem through his questioning and not allowing me to read what I had written, ultimately I feel that my issues got addressed.

  Nov 28, 2022
First visit he did testing to establish a base line. This visit no testing was done - just questions?

  Nov 8, 2022
Dr. Rose-Innis was just great. His examination was very extensive and even Included something I wasn't there to see him for. He was very professional, knowledgeable and kind and I will definitely see him again should I need a neurologist in the future. Thank you Dr. Rose-Innis!

  Nov 3, 2022
Dr. Rose-Innes is my favorite provider that I see. He is so kind, smart, thorough, and attentive. From the receptionists and care team, everyone is great at the clinic. I'm always in & out, and my concerns are usually addressed same day. They go above & beyond and I appreciate them!

  Oct 31, 2022
Dr. Rose-Innes does not listen. He asks a question and then interrupts so he can't hear the answer. Also, he loses his focus on the problem at hand and flies off on a tangent. He is of no help whatsoever.

  Oct 27, 2022
Scheduling department lacks follow up and follow through. I spent 2 months trying to get on my providers schedule to then be scheduled a month late for my appointment. I have had numerous negative experiences with this department. I hope that this will be corrected soon!

  Oct 25, 2022
The only negative thing is prior unexplained access to the medical bldg from the parking garage for a person in a walker

  Sep 9, 2022
Very professional and friendly, asked lots of questions about my past history. I felt very comfortable with his level of care and recommendations for treatment including scans and other tests

  Sep 8, 2022
I just don't enjoy having to go downtown for this appt. There is a lot of homeless garbage/encampments that I have to drive through and the parking is sometimes difficult.

  Aug 11, 2022
Andrew is very personable and pleasant and he is always trying to meet my needs when it comes to managing my migraines

  Aug 9, 2022
I was shocked to find dr. did not have medical history, even though there was plenty of time to get info. I also gave information, explained clearly my concerns, which I felt were totally dismissed. He billed for 45 min. consultation - was nowhere near 45 min. 30 max. w/paperwork errors.

  Aug 9, 2022
Great gist. Knowledgeable, compassionate doctor. Thank you

  Aug 4, 2022
Great experience

  Jul 21, 2022
Dr. Rose-Innes is one my favorite providers I see. He treats me with respect and has allowed me to lead my care while guiding me. I appreciate him so much. The nurses and MAs are so helpful, knowledgeable, and very fast to respond.

  Jul 18, 2022
This was the most inconsiderate and rude Dr I have ever seen, he did not know the basics of medical history and was incapable of listening to any answers I gave to his questions instead speaking over me repeatedly and telling me I was being confrontational when I answered his question, I was near tears by the time we left. He truly made me feel small and like he thought me an idiot. This doctor also spoke about me and around me to my guest as if I was not there multiple times, he actively chose to ignore our confusion at a mistake that lead to the referral to his department and was upset at me that I was at neurology. He kept calling us confusing and finally he told me it was my fault I had failed to tell him about the mistake in the beginning even though that was the very first thing I expressed concern about. Would never see this provider again and I am very disappointed and upset that this was the experience, all prior experiences have been very good with fantastic staff and teams at Legacy in Vancouver.

Extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional. The highest of caliber of person / doctor. Hang onto this guy, he is a credit to the institution.

  Jul 14, 2022
The best neurologist I've ever had. Very good bedside manner. Always listens. Knows his patient, asks questions and finds answers. Wants what's best for patient. He's very nice.

  Jul 12, 2022
Clear and thorough advice, given in a friendly and practical manner.

  Jul 7, 2022
I love Dr Rose Innes- he helped me deal with my carpal tunnel pain and my migraine. He always takes time and listens to my medical concerns.

  Jul 7, 2022
Dr.Rose-Innes is the best neurologist I've ever seen. He listens and asks lots of questions about my physical and mental health due to my many conditions. We always talk during my Botox shots to keep me calm and distracted since it's an uncomfortable procedure. He knew I had surgery since my last visit & was up to date on the surgery and complications, I couldn't trust him more.
