The folks in the office were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Virtually no wait time. Dr. Simons was excellent as always.

The doctor was very friendly. I showed up very early for my appointment and gynecology and anal surgery work separately in the same little area.Anal surgery receptionist was out to lunch when I got there early so the other lady let her know that I was presented, but she did not come to greet me for quite some time till I asked if they knew I Was there.That could use a little improvement. Also, this fig monometer was broken so it would be good to get that fixed and I think they were going to work on that that day.

This was my first time seeing this Dr. Everyone was friendly and professional.

I was told by my PCP I might have Crohn's and I need a colonoscopy. I scheduled with legacy because I work there and have their insurance. The doctor kept lecturing me to eat more fiber and didn't believe me when I said fiber makes my symptoms worse. He prescribed me cream for muscle spasms and sent me on my way. I'm still nervous I might have Crohn's and what to do.

Did not receive the expert opinion I took the time and money to see. Did not take my concerns of pain seriously and basically told me to take some advil and suck it up for the REST OF MY LIFE. Such a waste of time. This is the fourth doctor I have seen about this issue, trying to find help for chronic pain post pilonidal surgery. I specifically stated I was not seeking medication ( I self-reported allergic reactions to opioids) and would like to avoid surgery if possible, aka being a very reasonable patient. Why can't doctors acknowledge their patients' concerns and say they are not educated enough about a problem but use their expensive supposedly-knowledgeable expert experience to help find a solution?

This is the first time of meeting this provider Dr simons. I think he was very thorough and took the time to really explain to me what was going on. He treated me respectfully his staff was Top Notch everybody did their job and as far as I could tell did their job as well.
