Dr. Norris-Jacob was excellent. She explained everything to me and took the time with me so I felt comfortable. Feel like she is a good match for me. I am grateful.

Dr. Norris is great, very attentive & knows her craft. The front office staff are strange in how they service you, like they can only see the yearly calendar 2 months at a time, according to Tammy ( I think that is her name), so the schedule is booked for your provider, she says call back in 2 months, then you call back, & she says sorry the doctor is booked, it is really frustrating.. None of my other doctors have this problem, they have a 12 month calendar to review at all times. Finally something can be worked out, but it's annoying, & the doctor has no idea this process is going on.

Dr. Audra R Norris-Jacob is one of the best people I've seen. She's very attentive to anything I have concerns or questions about. She explains how exams or surgery is going to go to help ease my anxiety. Truly one of the best doctors I've had appointments with. I cannot speak highly enough of how comfortable I feel with her and supportive she is of my needs. I'm pretty sure I've told all my friends and family about her now.

Dr. Norris was extremely empathetic as regards some difficulties I'd been experiencing. Although she's very professional in every way, she also understands and implements a personal approach. I come away my appointments with her feeling nurtured and heard as well as taken care of physically.

Best obgyn I've ever seen! I love that she gave me a feeling of hope and was very knowledgeable and thorough! Excellent bedside manner! I'm excited to continue to my pregnancy journey in trying to conceive my first baby! :)

The first call with the appt. Girl. She wouldn't give me an appt. Till next year. (2024) It was urgent to me. I Called Aug. 2023. Then I called dr. Norris nurse, and she worked me in, in a few days. I love Dr. Norris.
