Dr. Scott is a licensed psychologist specializing in Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation Psychology for inpatients at the Legacy Rehabilitation Institute of Oregon (RIO), in order to help with best recovery from severe TBI, stroke, spinal cord injury, and other medical conditions. She additionally sees concussion patients on an outpatient basis and via telehealth at LMG Neurology based at Emanuel Medical Center. Note that Dr. Scott is not currently doing neuropsychological testing at either site. What is a Neuropsychologist? A neuropsychologist is a licensed psychologist with specialty training in brain-behavior relationships. A neuropsychologist focuses not only on emotional or psychological functioning but also is knowledgeable about brain anatomy, brain function, and brain injury and disease, as well as in the administration and interpretation of tests of your thinking abilities.
