Dr.Kuklok was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He examined my foot, took X-rays and made a clear diagnosis. He treated me with respect and scheduled a follow up appointment. I highly recommend him.

Suggestion that "ingrown" toenail shouldn't be removed unless it hurts or gets worse was a surprise because I thought that removal was up to me.

On 7/15 , I was there doing a follow up about my knee and the doctor was really nice and helpful. But when he took me to check me out there were 3 medical assistants sitting there. 2 of them were very sweet and professional. The third was sitting in a chair, wrapped in a blanket she looked like she brought from home, and then started talking about how she wishes it could be Friday and her weekend. That was one of the most unprofessional experiences as a patient in pain that I have experienced there.

He just talks way too fast. Technical language was hard to remember. But very attentive and very knowledgeable.

Once I get to see that doctor, the experience is always excellent. It's just that it's hard to get an appointment. I went on a waiting list and had to call frequently to see if there were any cancellations. Still, it was a few weeks before I was able to see him, although the appointment was moved closer and closer as time went on. Dr Kuklok is very knowledgeable, caring, respectful, a good listener and a good communicator. I am lucky to be his patient.

Didn't seem to be very helpful in correcting issues from surgery other than orthopedic shoes. Not happy with that answer.

Dr. Kuklok's in-depth consultation and empathy towards my needs were BEYOND exceptional! He was thorough, patient, and made me feel HEARD unlike the revolving door of PCP's I've suffered with the past two years. I left Dr. Kuklok's office feeling understood and empowered. His recommendations completely made sense to me and I believe he will be not only an advocate but a partner in helping me improve my health moving forward.

I have an excellent general care provider amazing and any referrals to other providers in my network they tend to be very high standard and well attentive to my knees I really appreciate my health guarantee from the pharmacy the office clerks and registratoring people nurses and labs technicians overall I believe I have an extraordinarily amazing and knowledgeable health care team

Dr Kuklok was excellent. He took an appropriate amount of time, did a thorough examination, and answered questions. We agreed on a course of action going forward and in fact, I am following up on my condition this week with him. He is a good communicator, good listener and has a very pleasant demeanor. Very good Doctor in my opinion.

The receptionist from the next office over was "filling in" while the receptionist was away. She is abrupt and rude. The actual receptionist came in smiling and friendly. We have had to deal with this other receptionist twice now anns both times she was unprofessional and rude (I could hear her entire weekend story she was telling to anothe receptionist, talking very loudly and talking crap about some person) and she really shouldn't be a reflection of legacy foot and health when she doesn't work for them and is so abrasive to patients.

Dr Kulok was an excellent care provider. He answered all my questions and without push back did my surgery in an environment that was more conducive to existing health issues.

This was my first visit. I felt rushed through. I know that the provider was leaving early since my appointment was rescheduled to an earlier time. I feel that the provider just wanted to get out of there on a Friday afternoon. I had a huge callous on my foot and he did nothing to remove it and it wasn't until I mentioned that I was diabetic that he asked what my last A1c was. He just recommended a cream I could buy on Amazon to soften the callous. I was wanting him to remove it but that would have meant he could not rush out the door. I am not too sure about this guy.

Dr Kuklok has always been very attentive to me and very clear in informing me of options for treatment and ways to avoid re-injury. He responds to any questions or worries I have promptly, thoroughly and kindly. I have great confidence in his competence and his honesty about my condition. I feel he genuinely cares about me and all his patients and is very transparent about any risks in a given option of treatment. He also referred me to excellent physical therapists who have also done me a lot of good. On this last visit I brought up a different condition and he was very knowledgeable about that issue and gave me a prescription to address it. I would recommend his care to anyone who needed a podiatrist.

Dr Kuklok has been a phenomenal provider, and my favorite to work with at Legacy. He is an active listener, responds to out of office questions quickly, is flexible, patient centered, relatable, and confident in his skills.

Dr Kuklok seems to really care about my condition and offered several suggestions for ways I could increase my healing at home, besides listening attentively, and exhibiting great understanding of my condition. He also explained some of the physiology of the condition, so I could understand better what was wrong, and how to best encourage healing of my injury. His staff were also warm, courteous, and caring. All my experiences with this doctor and Office have been very good. I have great confidence in Dr. Kukuk, his medical assistants, the radiologist and the staff of this office.
