I'm very happy with Legacy. I know you're still having past pandemic employment issues but you handle them well. Thanks.

From the receptionist, to the nurse/PA, to the X-ray tech girl, all were so friendly, professional and personable. The X-ray tech ensured that I was comfortable during the X-rays as well as took extra time to explain how X-rays were important for my specific knee injury. Super staff. Efficient but not rushed.

They were nice and helpful on my visit

Dr Bederka said that my use of my knee brace was optional without knowing the full extent of my injury (need an mri to determine miniscus/ all/soft tissue damage). I tried walking carefully without my brace and my knee popped out painfully and dropped me to the floor. My confidence in dr. Bederka is pretty low at the moment as he dismissed my questions about my knee feeling loose when I double checked about not needing the brace. I don't believe he truly understood what I needed or how badly hurt my knee is.

We really liked the doctor. He was kind and seemed very well informed. His advice was sound.

I can imagine that an orthopedist tells someone they ruptured their ACL many many times per day. This provider started the encounter telling me that I had arthritis that was genetic and I'd need a total knee replacement many many years from now, but that's not why I was there. I was there for an injury and then he told me I ruptured my ACL which was pretty devastating news and I was tearful and he just blazed throught the expected course of treatment at top speed and it was very hard to process all the information. It's a LOT. Time off work, time on crutches needing physical assistance to do bathing, time on crutches going about my life, time to walking normally, time to my different hobbies. I'm in the medical profession and couldn't take the information in as fast as it was being delivered to me. I asked if I'd be given that information in a written form to review and help me with my planning and decision making and was told they didn't have that information written out because everyone is different, so now i'm left to my own recall of that conversation and google. Not awesome.

Hard to get timely appointments and follow up appointments for time-critical care. Feels evident that the doctors are on tight schedules.

Doctor talks rapidly, not allowing time for patient to ask questions.

Dr Bederka and team were great. I didn't get a clear record of my medications already in my system when released from hospital which was a little confusing. Dr Bederkas nurse gave me conflicting information from his info regarding sone medication post surgery.

Dr Bederka gave me good information about my injury and what to expect. He appropriately referred me to another specialist for continued care.

The whole experience with this provider was wonderful from beginning to end. He is very compassionate yet completely professional. The only thing I could say and it minor-is that not all my meds were put in my chart and it does make a difference. But for the absolute wonderful care they gave me I can forget that. Thanks Doc!
