The subsequent procedure by this provider was quick, easy and successful, so qualifications and skill are very apparent. As a new patient, with a new and concerning condition, the initial consultation was far too brief and abrupt and took far too long to happen. I spent, at most, 5 minutes with the provider I had waited over 2 months to see.

I didn't get a call back for a month to schedule an appointment. I had called three times to schedule. After a month, literally 30 days, I called and was told, "oh that's a mistake. Someone should have called you."Then I had to wait 5 weeks for an appointment. In January I was diagnosed with afib. I waited over two months to see the cardiologist while worried sick and on a cocktail of drugs that have bad side effects for me. This was unacceptable.

I spent more time with the MA than with Dr. Ramsey. Given that this was my first time with the doctor (I moved to Oregon from California) I thought the visit would be more thorough. I guess I must be in quite good health since he doesn't need to see me for another year? I was given the choice of 2 years before seeing the doctor again . I chose the one year.

Over all the appointment time went well.Dr has become more friendly as I have seen him several times. Visits always seem rushed.

It seemed Dr. Ramsay was in a hurry, wanted to get on to something else. If I hadn't asked him to answer a few questions, I would've been left feeling unsatisfied.
