Dr Ramsay was very personable and kind. He has a good sense of humor and is easy to talk with. He was pretty easy to understand and was in a pleasant mood.The only negative was that he quickly and barely put his stethoscope on my mother's heart. My mother commented on that. She asked, How could you have heard my heart? I don't know what the doctor's motives were for that, but it left me wondering If he did not want to discover something wrong, because of my mothers age and her dementia. Maybe he feels it is better to just let nature take its course? He said at one point, that he wanted to avoid ordering any unnecessary tests, which I agree with, but I wish he'd listened to her heart again. He told me to contact him if my mother experienced any lightheadedness or fainting. I said, I did tell you she has experienced light headedness a few times. He said he meant more serious light headedness like almost fainting. I had also told him she was experiencing lots of weakness in her legs while standing, and she would easily get very tired when getting dressed. I also told him that she has had pain from her groin to her knee and swelling of her legs. Dr Ramsay said he didn't feel like those symptoms were related to her heart. He recommended to follow up with her primary care provider.

Over all the appointment time went well.Dr has become more friendly as I have seen him several times. Visits always seem rushed. The assistant at this visit seemed tentative and not actually clear as to info and meds reviewed. She was marginally friendly or personable. Low key.I had to verbally review and clarify follow up instructions. Not the Dr or assistant seemed to want to spend much time in explanation.

It seemed Dr. Ramsay was in a hurry, wanted to get on to something else. If I hadn't asked him to answer a few questions, I would've been left feeling unsatisfied.

Not impressed with Dr. Ramsay. Doesn't seem interested. I would recommend the clinic but not Dr. Ramsay. Doesn't explain things well.

The physician was very efficient, forthright and professional/knowledgeable. Other staff were friendly and helpful - making one feel at ease. The physician's nurse was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well - answering in great depth several questions posed by the patient after the visit on MyChart and during a phone call, to include a followup call the next day. A great patient experience. The answer about appointment scheduling reflected the patient's experience in having to schedule an initial appointment (new patient) a couple months roughly 6 weeks in advance - recognizing that this is the state of current medical care for referrals to new specialists (not existing patient).

It took almost 3 months for actual appt. First appt canceled due to my cough and fever. 2nd appt canceled to Dr's emergency that I found out about when I arrived (I did not get that msg).

Dr. Ramsay seemed to be in a hurry. All he did was refer us for rehab and to see another doctor. He didn't seem to do anything. Not sure why we had to see him. We weren't impressed that he even cared. After talking with new referred doctor we might change providers. Just didn't feel like he cared.

Dr Ramsay is Very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and concerned about my condition. He spent the time to explain things to my wife and I and even came back to the exam room when we realized we had forgotten to ask a question. He did not seem rushed and all his attention was on my care.

Cannot get thro phone tree to talk with someone. All calls go through a central system (wait # 1). Then connected to another line that doesn't answer (wait #2). I DRIVE up to the office to make insurance changes, visits, etc. Phone service of Legacy system leaves much to be desired.You asked!!

The visit was very good. Everything before it was not. I do not like being on hold for a long time, listening to repetitive messages or bad music, becoming frustrated, angry, obnoxious because I'm so upset about the wait, sometimes being hung up on. I understand you have a problem, but this was awful. I also am very frustrated with the computer My Chart. I'm not terribly computer savvy, and spent a lot of time trying to get into the program, get the right password and wasting a lot of time when all needed was to say "Yes, I'm coming". I write down my password but it never works. Once I asked for help, and got directions, but even then I couldn't work the program.
