About Me:

Ms. McDevitt-Maslen earned a bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU) in 2001. Prior to receiving her PA-C degree she worked for several years as a Senior Clinical Research Assistant at OHSU. Ms. McDevitt-Maslen has worked directly with our urogynecology providers and has additional experience in the areas of gastroenterology, family medicine and pediatrics. Outside of work, Ms. McDevitt-Maslen enjoys running with her dog, hiking, attending her teenage sons' sports events, and listening to podcasts.

We discussed my OAB situation, and we discussed possible other avenues I could pursue. Then Colleen followed up with a message after the appointment with further information on the topic.

Colleen was amazing! She took the time needed to thoroughly examine and diagnose my condition. She listened actively to my concerns and addressed them. She treated me with kindness and respect. I am so thankful for her care.

Finding this clinic is one of the best things that has ever happened to me. As I am aging things are physically changing for me and the staff at this clinic has helped me both physically and emotionally. Everyone I have met has treated me with compassion and dignity.

This was my first visit at LHS Urogynecology. I was so impressed with Colleen, her knowledge, professionalism and sensitivity to my health concerns. She put me at ease and was very patient with me. I appreciate her thoroughness in documenting in the visit summary the concerns and recommendations. It's very helpful to be able to refer to them.

Only bad part was parking which is a nightmare, waiting months to see the Dr and the receptionists both going to lunch before I could check out and schedule another appt

I felt very comfortable talking with my new provider Colleen the PA. She was so kind and helpful with explaining conditions and options for plan of care. Very thorough in her exam spending time with me to makes sure I understood choices . Very pleased with her and the visit and plan of care.

Good experience, it was my first visit to this provider. My previous urologist retired and needed a new gynecologist too. She went over the history of my conditions and treatments so far thoroughly.

Colleen was amazing. At this first visit, she spent more than 30 minutes with me l in direct conversation and exam. She explained things on my level and asked very appropriate questions. After the visit she called me (twice leaving a message while I was away from the phone) and suggested a different medication after discussing with Dr King. She is a fantastic NP!

Colleen is an outstanding PA. She's kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and obviously loves her work. She took time to ask thoughtful questions, carefully explained options, and performed a thorough physical exam. I will highly recommend her to everyone I know.

Dr Colleen was amazing, very knowledgeable and informative. She answered all my questions, listened intently and gave me good information to take home and things to think about going forward. She referred me on to PT and Surgery Consultation. I felt heard and understood. A GREAT experience. A friend of mine referred me to her and I would recommend her to my closest family and friends (and anyone else).

Everything in the visit was perfect, except that when I declined to step on the scale, the medical assistant was a little abrasive. Even after I told her my weight she questioned my hesitancy. She insisted on a reason for not stepping on the scale. I wasn't there to be weighed so I didn't feel that it was necessary but I told her about the negative incident I had 26 years ago. I really didn't feel like I should have to share that trauma. By looking at me you could tell that my weight is not an issue.

It takes a long time to get the follow up appointment. All appointments are month out. It seems like the treatment plan that I am not ready for yet is still pushed at me as the treatment option.
