Cultural-differences in speech are perceived differently Big caucasion women's voices seem louder to oriental men, but that is not shouting, and is normal also, people with car surgical hearing losses speak loudert hear themselves.

Highly recommend Legacy gives more training to providers about chronic illness- the provider I saw seemed to think I could force myself to get better and lectured me about how I needed to do more- a very bad idea with the chronic illness I have. I also think this provider could use more training on respecting clients- he acted like he knew better than me what was best for me.

Extremely long wait time, in between his patients, and almost ONE HOUR WAIT from PA leaving and Nurse assistant returning to clean and bandage wound. To her benefit, she did an excellent job. But the one hour wait is not a good way to build a good reputation!!

When I called to make an appointment, I was transferred to a nurse, who literally told me 'I am going to cut you off' when I started describing my symptoms. She said I needed to talk to someone else. That would be fine except after cutting me off and not listening to my symptoms, her note to the triage nurse minimized my symptoms because she was not aware of all of them. Because I had to talk to a nurse to schedule an appointment, there was an 'After Visit Summary' for my scheduling phone call, even though there was no visit. The provider told me he was prescribing an antibiotic, which turned out to be penicillin, which I am allergic to. If I had not been proactive, I would have taken something that I undoubtedly would have had a reaction to. I don't believe he checked my record at all. Even when learning that I am allergic to penicillin, he wanted to prescribe something with 'just a little' penicillin. I am not a risk taker, and I didn't want to do that. I was then told that there really wasn't anything else he could give me. I know I have taken Cirpo or Zithromycin in the past, and when I asked about those, he just said they were for something else..
