About Me:

Dr. Palmer received his medical degree from West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV. He completed an Internship/Residency in Anesthesiology, and Fellowship in Pain Medicine at Oregon Health & Science University. Dr. Palmer believes in addressing the specific needs of each patient. His goal is to help patients improve their quality of life through pain relief and increased function. Dr. Palmer is trained in both office based and interventional pain management techniques. He enjoys treating acute and chronic pain and has specific interests in low back pain, leg pain, neuropathy, and chronic post-surgical pain.
