About Me:

Emily Bell believes that everyone deserves access to care that respects their dignity, individuality, and diversity. As a midwife, she focuses on partnering with patients and giving them the information they need to make informed decisions about their pregnancy and birth experience. She loves helping patients identify what they value and supporting them as they discover what their body is capable of. Emily is excited about health care that keeps patients healthy, allowing them to sidestep injury and illness. She has a special interest in preventing preterm birth. Emily earned a bachelor of arts in philosophy at Bryn Mawr College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. She completed a bachelor of science in nursing and a master of science in nursing with a focus on nurse midwifery and women’s health at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
