A medical graduate of Oregon Health and Science University, he also completed his internal medicine residency and later his fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care medicine at Oregon Health and Science University. Clinical interests include COPD, bronchiectasis, pulmonary infectious diseases, and lung cancer. Hobbies include: Traveling, Spending time with my family, Motorsports

The registration process was a bit cumbersome as I completed redundant health information both on the paper copy I was sent as well as the web based e-check in. Not a reflection on the person who checked me in just seemed odd to answer very similar health questionnaires for the same visit. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and personable.

My entire two day experience with Legacy doctors and staff from urgent care to xray facility to emergency room to dr. Tavan was as good as you can hope for in a medical crisis.

I loved Dr Tavan & staff but I hate certain aspects of My Chart. No one is updating my information when I request to have it corrected. I hate that you can't fulfill my repeated requests to text me instead of calling me with your annoying reminder at 7 pm
