About Me:

Board-Certified in Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine, Dr. Swiridoff completed medical school and his residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center in California. Dr. Swiridoff also provided primary care services for four years in the Air Force, creating a deep interest and passion for caring for the needs for our Veterans. Although medications are often necessary, he strives to help patients of all ages to treat and prevent disease by reducing stress, improving nutrition, activity and sleep. Dr. Swiridoff enjoys reading, boating, traveling and spending time with his family (especially the grandkids) and his dog, Reagan.

I switched to the Legacy Group for several reasons all of which were addressed and alleviated since switching my health care to Legacy. I like being able to see the same doctor when needed as well as their great bedside manner when approaching my medical needs.

Dr. Swiridoff has treated my family and I since I was a teenager. He is competent, caring, and takes our entire health into account. I believe that my life and health is better than it would be if I had not been in Dr Swiridoff's care.

Dr. Swiridoff always has my records available ad seem to spend extra time and energy researching any problems whoch I am presenting with. He is a skilled and enthusiastic teacher. Always affable, approachable and compassionate. I would say the ideal example of a primary care provider.

I had this dr as my previously GP hit due to insurance changes from my job I had to change. My current job he's in network and I was very happy to see that. It's been great to be back and I can't ask for a better dr. I drive out of my way just to go here.

Dr. Swiridoff and staff has done an EXCELLENT in getting me through 2 bouts with pneumonia and other aging problems. I will be 88 years old in the next few months and he has been a big part in getting me there.

There simply are not enough doctors of Dr Swiridoff's caliber. He is extremely knowledgeable about health and health issues. Dr. Swiridoff is thorough, respectful, communicates clearly, honestly and directly, and is supportive of helping me achieve a higher level of a healthy life. He was able yo teach me about my health concerns as well as teach me about the medications to help me with those issues. I felt as though I had gone back about 30 years in time when I met with Dr. Swiridoff because he seemed 100% present with me and focused on my needs. It has been decades since I have seen a doctor who doesn't appear to be rushing out of the room or distracted by something else. It means the world to me to have a doctor who is attentive and responsive to my health issues and the reasons I am there. I am so very thankful Dr. Swiridoff is my PCP!
