Mistake was made in prescribing medication. Important to listen to patient in understanding what medications are contraindicated and do due diligence in making certain no contraindication as it could have been very negative effect.

Ms. Pappas is a nurse practioner - so quite helpful for basic concerns. I am quite disappointed in the Clinic management style that is so "efficiency" driven...aka bottom line profit, that my doctor and several other doctors did not find working there sustainable. My doctor did not complain - but as a person familiar with the medical field as it has become more profit driven - I find it all quite disappointing.

I walked in off the street. The receptionesr was ready to throw me out the door, saying that their was no one available. Once she got the message that I was serious, she found that Hannah was available. She begrudglely gave me an appointment in an hour. That was her attempt to show me that she was still in control. I let it go and went and had coffee.I would go back and see Hannah again. I liked her prefessional manner, her desire to please and her ability to find out was wrong with me.The medical staff was great, You need to improve on the attitude of the front office.

Hannah was great! Hannah was amazing, she knew so much about different kinds of skin cancer and did such a good job explaining it all to me that I left feeling comfortable and my anxieties about the spot were totally gone. I also like that she referred me to a dermatologist to follow up just so they can tell me what the spot is/if it needs treatment. Hannah was patient, kind, listened to my concerns, and validated my feelings. It was an extremely positive visit. I'm so thrilled to have Hannah as an option to see for issues like this that might arise in the future!!!

I was pleasantly surprised and especially pleased at how the provider kept in mind complexities of my medical history, communicated clearly treatment ideas and typed and verbalized her documentation. My second pneumonia shot was forgotten however I will get it at Rite Aid. I had already called about which one to get. I wish I could continue to go to your clinic, close to home.

The PA Hannah was very helpful and made decisions about my care that I agreed with. I felt she really cared about getting me properly treated. I was not needing acute care and waiting a month to see my primary care doctor was excessive as my rash was spreading. Hannah just got my care fast tracked and moving.
