About Me:

Heather Tonga, PA-C, MHA is a physician assistant who graduated from Duke University Medical School in 1989. She did additional training in health administration by completing her MHA degree from the University of Washington in 2012. She has worked primarily in rural family practice in Washington, Alaska and in Oregon this past 8 years. She enjoys focusing on preventive and comprehensive health care for patients, and listening to their questions and concerns. She also has been involved in PA and legislative affairs, working on ways to improve our healthcare systems. Heather enjoys gardening and outdoor activities, playing banjo and visiting her family.
