About Me:

Hugh Gapay, PA-C began training to be a physician assistant at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon in the spring of 2002. After graduating with honors in the fall of 2004, he began working as a board certified physician assistant at OHSU. From the OHSU position, Hugh transitioned into family practice, where he has remained ever since. He particularly enjoys meeting people and helping them figure out any health issue, assisting them with fixing immediate problems and preventing future ones. Hugh worked for several years with an orthopedic surgeon and therefore has an affinity for musculoskeletal issues. Outside of work, he trains and races bikes competitively with his wife, a fitness instructor and personal trainer, and spent time with his children. Hugh feels very fortunate to have the training and ability to help people every day.
