Dr. Bowden is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association. He cares for a full spectrum of family medicine with an emphasis on pediatrics, sports medicine, and preventative care. Outside of work, Dr. Bowden enjoys traveling, hiking, spending time with my family, sports and gardening.

My experiences going to legacy has always been good and people there are very professional and do take the time to answer any questions before procedures or even afterwards. I like my doctor Jefferey Bowden and always has excellent assistance working with him. I also feel grateful for having such a fantastic care team at Legacy.

Dr. Bowden has always been clear, concise, a good listener, and effective with his guidance. He is efficient, which saves me time and also keeps the practice running on time (I love not having to wait past my appointment time), but I ALWAYS feel listened to and given sufficient time. He also tailors his medical advice to the goals and unique circumstances of the patient.
