About Me:

Portland’s Top Doctors in 2018 by Portland Monthly Magazine. Dr. McKinney is a fellowship-trained glaucoma specialist and comprehensive ophthalmologist. After 22 years of full-time practice with Eye Health Northwest, Dr. McKinney transitioned to part-time practice in 2020. While he continues to provide clinical glaucoma and laser care for his existing patients, he no longer performs cataract or glaucoma surgery. All new glaucoma consults and glaucoma surgeries are now scheduled with his colleague, Dr. Charles Weber.
