About Me:

Jodi's professional experience includes three years as a pediatric nurse working at Loma Linda University Children's Hospital, Doernbecher Children's Hospital, and Mary Bridge Children's Hospital. More recently, she has spent nine years working as a nurse in local emergency departments including Adventist Medical Center and Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital. In 2009, Jodi graduated from Washington State University as a Family Nurse Practitioner and received her board certification through the ANCC.

My provider was very easy to talk to and communicated clearly. It was very easy to make an appointment and there was very little wait time.

Jodi listened, asked relevant questions, examined me, offered referrals and cautions. She respected my choices and gave me the form I requested. I was glad for the opportunity to see her.

Jodi always takes the time to listen to me. She also talks to me in terms I understand and gives me time to respond. Having a Dr. Who takes this time means a lot.

Generally good experience but my concern involved the past year of no improvement while on the medication, yet the office focused on just the last 3 months of no improvement on the medication. I think it's important to see the whole issue, not just the last 3 months. My journey is a lot longer and all of it is important to discuss how to get me better. I'm still not sure I'm there.

It is sad we are losing Jodi due to our insurance no longer covered with legacy. Hopefully legacy will understand the loss of blue cross members. We love Dr. Houghton and her staff. It is sad it has come to money to continue seeing, a doctor my kids have seen since birth.

I am upset that Legacy and Premera are arguing about fee schedules. If Legacy doesn't contract with Premera I will have to find new care and I will not be very happy. If this happens I will not suggest anyone to go to Legacy due to contract issues, not Provider issues. My care team is fantastic.

Everyone in the office is always pleasant Julie one of Jodi's nurse is very nice she listens and try to get you help with things and gets you to the people you need. Jodi seems to have a team that compliments her, I have always felt relaxed with Jodie she shows she cares for her patients that to me is very important. , Kudos to Jodi and Julie

My provider had me get bloodwork done after my appointment. Unfortunately I had too long of a wait at the Labcor 150. I had to call back and reschedule. That seems to be a Legacy/ Labcor problem.

Jodi listened and examined me and gave me a referral to help with my concern. She and her assistant helped me complete online forms that needed to be done. They gave me time to talk and updated my health chart. I was completely satisfied with this visit.

Because of the problem with her stability the problems will continue. There evidently no help for her available. The problem is urination while sleeping . The meds available would compound the problem - no other was offered - so the problem continues !!

The lab in Suite 150 is awful. I was sent down yesterday to get bloodwork and to make an appointment for ultrasound. I live an hour and a half away. After being directed to the self, check in kiosk by the person working at the reception desk who couldn't take the time to check me in I was called back to admissions, and informed that the clinic was no longer taking blood tests after 430. It was approximately 4:45 when I arrived. A woman walked out from the lab and placed a note on the kiosk, saying that they would no longer be taking patients after 430 but I had already registered in the system and I've been sitting waiting for 10 minutes. I had arrived at 4:30 but by the time I checked in through the kiosk, and then was called in the back 15 minutes and already passed. I was told I needed to schedule a blood test for another day requiring me to drive back an hour and a half to the hospital on another day. The clinic staffing issues should be the clinics problem not the patient's problem. The service was awful.
