The supporting staff was rushing and in a hurry. The front desk/check in person was more interested in chatting with their colleagues than working. The front desk person care very little about their job and lacked caring and not approachable.

Dr Tidwell is an excellent, knowledgeable provider. He provided me with a diagnosis and recommended great, immediately helpful solutions. I would have appreciated a few more notes in my after visit summary. Thankfully I have a good memory and remembered the name of what he gave me (a crest). I had a lot of questions, which he answered. It felt slightly that he was rushed and wanted the visit to end. But he answered all my questions.

Dr. Tidwell is great! So is his support staff, Clarence and Breanna, they were very helpful and kind! I was new to using crutches and couldn't make it all the way down the hall. There were no wheelchairs available at the entrance. Legacy needs to do a better job of keeping wheelchairs available as some patients truly need them!

Dr. Tidwell was professional and made things easy to understand. He made sure I had everything that I needed personally. He was patient in listening to my questions and answered my questions fully. He was very easy to talk to and I felt very comfortable with him.

The ADA accessibility of this office needs to be reviewed. The building itself has a staircase with a handrail that does not connect to all the stairs, and the ramp for a person using a walker is quite steep, especially if the person is having foot treatment, which I am, and I had to hop up the ramp. I Later learned have an elevator however, I was told by a person who regularly works in the building that the elevator does not always function.

I was so pleased he noted I did well in following directions\suggestions to maintain good foot health. I'm especially relieved he said my health condition & physical leg length discrepancy have not adversely affected my feet since my last foot exam.

Dr. Tidwell not only gave me immediate relief for my foot problems--he asked about my support hose--which had been causing me problems, but I was a bit embarrassed to ask about. He brought the topic up and suggested a better alternative--I am eternally grateful to him, as well as for the assistance he gave my wife several years ago. Now when we drive by his office, we call it the Tidwell Building!!!!

Dr. Tidwell does not show compassion to and dismisses my pain. He speaks in a condescending way to me and has not stayed in the room with my for more than 5 minutes since my first visit. I do not feel like a patient, but just a number he has to get through. The rest of the staff are incredibly kind and respectful, but I will not be returning and will not recommend him to any of my family, friends, or colleagues.

Excellent provider. Not a good location for me to fit appointments into other medical visits. My reluctance to recommend is purely based on location.

I had had a sore on my ankle and by phone the Nurse and I talked about it and I`ve troubles like this before . So I told her what I was doing for it and we made an appointment and I came in and the Nurse at it and so did the doctor and it was healed and I was told to keep doing what I was . The Doctor said he was very happy with how I handled it.

I didn't have to wait. He did a diabetic exam on my feet and cut my toenails. We talked about my ankle and I recieved Iinstructions On what I can do. I'm very satisfied with my Doctor.

I find Dr. Tidwell straightforward, knowledgeable, and gives information in a very clear manner. He is clearly very busy and while the office runs on time, the process is rushed. My appointment was scheduled for 10 minutes.

Dr tidwell operated on one of my feet and it's great went in this time because I have the same condition as the other foot operated on. I think he's awesome My foot gets me no trouble at all The one that he operated on that is lol

I was surprised that my patient summary didn't include even any boiler plate about how to take of an ankle/foot injury: what to do, what to look out for, resources for aids, etc. I had to see my massage therapist to get an explanation of how the ligaments and tendons had also been injured. It's not enough to throw in "do you have any questions" when I don't know what I don't know.

I've seen Dr.Tidwell about one foot fracture with follow-on visits over 6 months and one wrongly diagnosed (by Providence St. Vincent's ER) foot fracture with follow-on visits to come, as well as pre-diabetes foot check. He has always given personable and first-rate attention. Thoroughly admirable.

The receptionist was fantastic, I was able to get there early to my appointment, and was able to get in early. The resident doctor was fantastic. The doctor Tidwell was fantastic. Everything was fantastic! Legacy Health is hands-down, the best healthcare in the Pacific Northwest!
